I was born in New York and lived in Cairo, Egypt for most of my life until I moved to Texas in 2014. I studied Computer Science at the University of Texas at Austin until I dropped out at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic to focus on work I actually cared about.
I’ve always had a hard time just picking one thing and sticking to it, another way of looking at it is I like to do a little bit of everything: I’m an artist, designer, developer, chef, co-oper, musician, writer, and cannabis enthusiast.
Despite my indecisiveness, my main focus as well as an overall theme tying together my work across all of these fields is human connection. I like to explore what makes us human and how we stay connected as both a species and a society in an ever-expanding world.
My goals for the near future include starting a food truck, developing full-stack web apps, building large scale art installations and starting an online co-operative for creatives.
I've spent the past 5 years of my life cultivating the skills I need to create the future I envision for myself. As a bonus I can also do some pretty cool stuff with all of it in the meantime!
I'm always up for something new. Get in touch and let's talk about it!
